Our client was contacted after police received a call from a restaurant about a disturbance involving our client. Our client was seen by a witness sleeping in his car behind the driver’s wheel with the engine running. Upon arrival, police placed client in a patrol car. Officers observed odor of alcohol, flushed face and slurred speech. Client admitted to having 2 drinks. Client refused field sobriety tests but blew a .11/.10 on portable breath test machine. On Saturday, May 5th, Heidi and Frank were serving behind the bar to their fans at Hooters in Costa Mesa. It was a great event. Not only did I get to meet many of their fans, but I also got to meet Super Fan Mary. I’ve heard Heidi talk with her many times on the air over the years. On my Southern California DUI Checkpoints page, I post only known DUI checkpoints with specific times and locations.
