Client was stopped on freeway after speeding between 75mph and 85mph. Upon contact by police, client had a strong odor of alcohol and red/watery eyes.

Client admitted to drinking 3-4 beers. Client was further investigated and failed 5 field sobriety tests. Client then blew a .12/.12 on portable breath test. After being arrested for DUI / Drunk Driving, client again blew a .12/.12. On day trial was to start, the prosecutor dismissed both driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a .08 or greater in the blood charges.
