Myles L. Berman DUI / Drunk Driving Case Of The Week 5/16/11

May 20, 2011

Our client was involved in a traffic collision (client drove up a curb, struck a street sign pole and fire hydrant). After admitting to taking medication and failing 4 field sobriety tests (balance with eyes closed, one leg stand, walk and turn and finger to nose), our client was charged with DUI drugs (Driving Under The Influence of Drugs). Our client was given a blood test that tested positive for prescription medication and cough syrup.

On the day of trial, our client was offered and plead to disorderly conduct. The DUI drug charge was dismissed. (The case results posted on this page do not guarantee the success or outcome of your case. Every DUI case is unique and the results may vary from case to case.)
