Our client was observed making a u-turn, then straddled 2 lanes while weaving back and forth. After being stopped, the officer observed the odor of alcohol, slurred speech and red/watery eyes.

Client also admitted to drinking 4 drinks.

After failing 5 field sobriety tests, client then blew a .115/.115 on a portable breath test. Client was then arrested for DUI / Drunk Driving. About 1 hour and 10 minutes after driving, client blew a .11/.10 back at the jail. On the eve of trial, client was offered and accepted a plea to Exhibition of Speed and all DUI / Drunk Driving charges were dismissed.
