DUI Defense Attorney In Los Angeles And Riverside – Breath Testing Information

Transcript:
In California, generally speaking, there are two different kinds of breath tests. One is before a person is arrested. The other one is after a person has been arrested. After the person is arrested, then the breath test is a test that requires 2 samples. Both samples must be within a 0.02 of each other. However, our experience has been that breath testing is not always reliable.

Description: www.topgundui.com – Generally speaking, persons arrested for DUI may be asked to submit to two separate breath tests: one when they are pulled over for suspicion of drunk driving, and one after they have been arrested for DUI.
