MR. MYLES L. BERMAN® – asa* Miles Burman: I graduated from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. I went to law school at Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law. After law school, I became a prosecutor in Cook County, Illinois. In 1988, I moved to California and opened up my own practice. Shortly after that, I started concentrating on representing people arrested for DUI. I also wrote the book. It’s called the California DUI Trial Notebook. This is a notebook that lawyers use, not just in California, but throughout the United States in successfully defending DUI cases. *means “also spelled as”
