Our client had difficulty maintaining in the lane, was following a vehicle too closely and made an abrupt lane change across 2 other lanes of traffic on the freeway. After officer attempted to pull client over, client nearly collided with the guardrail. Upon contact, client had difficulty providing license, registration and insurance. Officer observed odor of alcohol, bloodshot/watery eyes, unsteady gait and slurred speech. Client admitted to drinking 1 margarita.
