Our client pulled up and parked in front of another car (friend of our client) that was stopped for an enforcement investigation. The arresting officer approached our client and observed the odor of alcohol and red/watery eyes. After admitting to drinking alcohol and further questioning by the arresting officer, our client was given and failed 4 field sobriety tests.

Our client then blew into a portable breath testing machine with the results of .109/.106. After being arrested for DUI / Drunk Driving and little over an hour after driving, our client then blew a .08/.07. Our client was offered and accepted a plea to exhibition of speed.
