Our client was stopped for riding on the lane line divider of the #2 lane of traffic. Upon contact, officer observed odor of alcohol, slow and slurred speech and horizontal gaze nystagmus (eye test for impairment/presence of alcohol). Client admitted to drinking 2 ½ beers.
