Our client had difficulty maintaining in the lane, was following a vehicle too closely and made an abrupt lane change across 2 other lanes of traffic on the freeway. After officer attempted to pull client over, client nearly collided with the guardrail. Upon contact, client had difficulty providing license, registration and insurance. Officer observed odor of alcohol, bloodshot/watery eyes, unsteady gait and slurred speech. Client admitted to drinking 1 margarita. Client then failed 4 field sobriety tests and blew a .092/.090 on portable breath test. Client then arrested for DUI / Drunk Driving.

After arrest, client blew a .07/.08 back at the jail. Prior to trial, client was offered and plead to an exhibition of speed.
