According to recent statistics, there were over 36,000 adult DUI arrests made in Los Angeles County.

• Of those arrested, about 30,000 were male and nearly 6,000 were female.
• More than 14,000 of those arrests were made by the California Highway Patrol, and more than 4,500 were made by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

DUI Penalties
