Prior to being stopped, police officer observed our client turn into an intersection where pedestrians were walking across. Client admitted to drinking one beer and showed objective symptoms of intoxication. Client failed 5 field sobriety tests and blew a.10/.10 on portable breath test. Client then arrested for DUI / Drunk Driving. After arrest back at the jail, client blew a .09/.08. At pre-trial, our client was offered and plead to an exhibition of speed.
