Our client was observed following another car between 10-15 feet, having difficulty maintaining its lane and swerving in a serpentine manner all on the freeway. After stop, client had difficulty providing all documents requested and at same time answer officer's questions. Officer observed red watery eyes and strong odor of alcohol. After exiting car and further interrogation, client then failed 4 field sobriety tests. Client then blew a .100/.094 on portable breath test. Client was then arrested for DUI / Drunk Driving. After arrest, client blew .08/.08 back at the jail. At pre-trial, client was offered and plead to an exhibition of speed.
