Sep 7, 2012 @ 12:10 PM — by Myles L. Berman

Our client was seen sleeping behind the wheel while parked in an industrial "no parking anytime" zone with the engine running. Officer observed slurred speech, bloodshot/watery eyes and odor of alcohol. Client admitted to 4 drinks, driving to the location and feeling the effects of the alcohol which is why he pulled over. Client had difficulty getting out of car. Client then failed 4 field sobriety tests and blew a .11/.10 on portable breath test. Client was then arrested for DUI / Drunk Driving. After arrest, client took a blood test with results of .13. After jury trial, our client was found not guilty of both driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a .08 or greater in the blood.
