Client first denied and then admitted drinking 1 beer. Client stated had a flat tire. Client was then further interrogated, failed 5 field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI / Drunk Driving. After the arrest, client then took a blood test with the result being a .15. After jury trial, client was found not guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol.
