After being pulled over and upon contact by the arresting officer, the officer observed bloodshot/watery eyes and odor of alcohol. Our client admitted to drinking about 3 beers. After failing 5 field sobriety tests and blowing a .084/.086 on a portable breath test machine, our client was arrested for DUI / Drunk Driving. About 40 minutes after being stopped, our client blew back at the jail a .08/.08. After the initial arraignment, our client was offered and plead to an exhibition of speed. Our client was observed speeding (85 mph), constantly changing lanes to pass slower vehicles and drifting side to side on the freeway.
