Myles L. Berman DUI / Drunk Driving Case Of The Week 5/2/11

May 7, 2011 @ 10:55 AM — by Myles L. Berman

Our client was observed speeding 79 to 85 m.p.h. on the freeway, lane straddling and weaving. After ignoring initial requests to pull off the freeway, our client eventually complied. After admitting drinking 1 or 2 drinks, having the odor of alcohol, bloodshot/watery eyes, and failing 4 field sobriety tests, our client was arrested for DUI / Drunk Driving. Back at the station, our client blew a .12/.12 an hour after the arrest. At the conclusion of a 4 day jury trial, our client was found not guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a .08 or greater. Our client already had is license suspension set-aside by the DMV. (The case results posted on this page do not guarantee the success or outcome of your case.
